• Have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in drilling planning and execution, which includes creating drilling programs, drilling procedures, estimating drilling costs, and coordinating with drilling service providers and rig crews.
• Have strong knowledge and understanding of drilling operation and project management.
• Having an organizational experience or competition experience that shows excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills would be an added advantage.
• Participated in paper/research writing which demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and drilling techniques would be an added advantage.
• Being familiar with data analytics tools and techniques would be an added advantage.

• Assisting with the design and planning of drilling programs, including wellbore trajectories, drilling fluids, and casing designs.
• Monitoring drilling parameters, such as mud weight, bit weight, and rate of penetration, to ensure drilling operations run smoothly.
• Troubleshooting drilling issues and providing technical support to drilling crews.
• Analyzing drilling data to optimize drilling performance and manage costs.
• Ensuring drilling operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with drilling engineers, contractors, and other technical staff to achieve project goals.
• Maintaining accurate drilling records and producing reports on drilling performance and costs.
• Go to the field for on-site inspections, audits, and field visits to identify areas for improvement or deliver the field drilling engineering duty.
• Participate in various projects related to drilling (apart from drilling operation), such as drilling feasibility study, developing new drilling technologies, and drilling cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct research about the latest drilling technologies, AI, and Machine Learning.
